Pros
Chill, non-chatty culture, you work on your own mostly, staff is mostly cool and proud to be polite. Very rarely saw someone being too inconvenient. It is an honest company. Payment is always on point, they are a very honest and correct company which I could always rely as an additional source of income over the years. For that, I will be forever grateful.
Cons
It doesn't consider people that are in the company for a long time for better opportunities. Always paying the same rate with no adjustments or even opportunities to earn more. No benefits at all or encouragement to try advanced tasks for better contracts.
