Pros

Communication, customer friendly, bonuses, the work is consistent, we have a good team, & we're faith based. The owner is truly amazing and cares for her staff.

Other contract stagers are nice

Stagers don't last long....rare for one to be there more than 6 to 9 months as they all get frustrated and leave....the place is a revolving door. Extreme favoritism in giving out job assignments with the salaried office staff taking all of the good jobs to make extra money...if stager isn't office staff (or close personal friend of owner), jobs will be scarce, communication will be extremely poor, and general 'vibe' will be that you don't matter to them and they can always hire some new contract stagers so be quiet and go away if you don't like it. I think the ',ingest-lasting stager(who isn't also salaried employee) at company has been around 9 months and there's not a chance she's gonna survive to the one year mark.
