      Fellow stagers are talented and friendly

      The company is very quick to invite you to join the team. Once in the door, the training is next to nothing. Stagers get frustrated very quickly with the lack of communication, lack of logistics and poor quality staging furnishings. I worked at the company for over 1 year and I was the stager on their roster with the most longevity. At least 30 people came and went while I was with them. Model My Home seems not to care about keeping their people happy. They continually train new stagers in lieu of working to make the seasoned stagers content.The office staff is very unavailable and most always has an excuse for their poor management.

      Unfortunately, this is a review with many false statements. We are a highly effective organization that is one of the top industry leaders. It is sad that a contractor hired by the job did not continue to be hired for more jobs due to spreading negativity. Several of the reviews are from this era, and we had to move forward with more qualified Stagers with the right attitudes.

      Other contract stagers are nice

      Stagers don't last long....rare for one to be there more than 6 to 9 months as they all get frustrated and leave....the place is a revolving door. Extreme favoritism in giving out job assignments with the salaried office staff taking all of the good jobs to make extra money...if stager isn't office staff (or close personal friend of owner), jobs will be scarce, communication will be extremely poor, and general 'vibe' will be that you don't matter to them and they can always hire some new contract stagers so be quiet and go away if you don't like it. I think the ',ingest-lasting stager(who isn't also salaried employee) at company has been around 9 months and there's not a chance she's gonna survive to the one year mark.
