      Pros

      Theres a huge push for family time, importance with those that matter most, they are continually feeding employees with the best of the best knowledge, great place to grow. If you aren't a grower and looking to get better - you will stand out like a sore thumb and won't last long. Many people who came and went weren't interested in getting better and working for it but more interested in feeling entitled and gossiping. Love being able to set my own schedule and helping others seller their home at top dollar!

      There really arent any cons - they are always looking for solutions if there are any mishaps.

      Other contract stagers are nice

      Stagers don't last long....rare for one to be there more than 6 to 9 months as they all get frustrated and leave....the place is a revolving door. Extreme favoritism in giving out job assignments with the salaried office staff taking all of the good jobs to make extra money...if stager isn't office staff (or close personal friend of owner), jobs will be scarce, communication will be extremely poor, and general 'vibe' will be that you don't matter to them and they can always hire some new contract stagers so be quiet and go away if you don't like it. I think the ',ingest-lasting stager(who isn't also salaried employee) at company has been around 9 months and there's not a chance she's gonna survive to the one year mark.
