Pros
Work from home, great mission, talented people (well what’s left)
Cons
Let’s start with the inadequate SLT which seems to change more than I have hot dinners, they are inexperienced friends who don’t care about anyone who works with them, don’t care about the mission or the customers and just line their own pockets! Most of the SLT are on 200k + yet they made the majority of the work force redundant…. and continue to make redundancies because they haven’t got a clue what they are doing and continuously get it wrong. The people on the ground doing their jobs day in and day out are not cared about, they fight and fight for what is right and just get pushed down and then blamed when things go wrong yet the management chose not to listen when they should unless you are in the friend circle that is, then you are okay and can do what ever you want to whoever you want without any repercussions. The HR team are laughable and cannot be trusted! They cannot and will not stick up and defend the SLTs poorly executed decisions on how they treat their staff and just says Yes to everything regardless if it’s right or wrong. A data driven technology company is also laughable! They don’t have a clue what's going on and the countless problems they chose to ignore with their ‘greenfield’ technology platform, they have no staff left in technology and don’t seem to care because they just want to plaster and hide problems rather than fix them … Let’s talk culture .. I think you could describe the culture in one work TOXIC! It’s an absolute blame game, management are backstabbers, only listen to their friends and portray this loving and caring culture but actually when you’ve seen them in action on how the exit good people and make false redundancies up you see the real problems in the organization. The CEO is absolutely shambolic, he picks one person on the SLT to listen too and changes his mind often because he can’t make decisions for himself and this will be his third (I think) failed business Finally the company is financially unstable, they lost millions in investment because investment companies pulled the agreed investment, but of course that was due to the war in Ukraine, they’ve been making redundancy rounds for nearly a year now, they are making constant consolidations to routes and rounds, they over charge customers consistently sometimes by 100s pounds and don’t care to fix it on the chance customers won’t notice and let’s not talk about the money they wasted trying to go into the France market - yet they are data driven.
