Pros
Flexible working - you can start/finish early or late depending what suits you. In the office usually twice a week, one day on a Tuesday the other up to your team Benefits - different wallets that renew annually (£300 L&D, £300 health & wellbeing, £300 work from home as a one off) really easy to use You get to do things outside of your typical role so there's lots of opportunity to get more experience Nice office in a good location (city centre, next to piccadilly station) The people are really nice to work with We have events throughout the year where the company will pay for food/drinks in cool venues etc You get company options Lunch and learns (e.g. just had one on nutrition, and another on how our company options work)
Cons
Like in all start ups there is give and take. It's not a typical 9-5 and you'll sometimes need to work late. Only here you'll get your time back unlike many other startups/SMEs
