Thanks for your feedback - the pros AND cons - to help us understand how to build a better teammate experience. Career growth opportunities are something we’re eager to continue building out for Momencians. From a new approach to performance reviews launched in 2024, to ongoing leveling exercises across the company, to recent internal mobility celebrated in our Sales and Onboarding orgs, we’re pleased with the clarity we’ve added to date, while recognizing we have plenty of opportunity to improve. We look forward to announcing more here over the course of 2025, getting our teammates closer to the clarity and growth they deserve. We’ll also continue to work with teams one-by-one to determine what learning, enablement, and training resources are necessary to support new and growing teammates.
