We’re delighted to hear Momence is your favored tech/start-up job to date; while we still have a lot to build and improve on, we’re proud of what we’ve accomplished in just under 5 years, and happy it’s had a positive impact on your time here. Thanks for your feedback on global compensation opportunities. It’s fair, and highlights a unique challenge of our team structure. As a US entity operating a global team, there are limitations to compensation arrangements and employment classifications we can use to engage teammates in different locations. While operating compliantly on a global scale presents challenges and complexity, we know getting compensation right is paramount to providing the experience our teammates deserve. We’ll continue to assess our options when, where, and however we can to ensure a global compensation structure that ensures all our teammates feel valued for the work they do.

Career growth opportunities are something we’re eager to continue building out for Momencians. From a new approach to performance reviews launched in 2024, to ongoing leveling exercises across the company, to recent internal mobility celebrated in our Sales and Onboarding orgs, we’re pleased with the clarity we’ve added to date, while recognizing we have plenty of opportunity to improve. We look forward to announcing more here over the course of 2025, getting our teammates closer to the clarity and growth they deserve. We’ll also continue to work with teams one-by-one to determine what learning, enablement, and training resources are necessary to support new and growing teammates.
