The people at Momenta are the best! There is so much potential for this company. Yes - at times it can be crazy and chaotic, but if your willing to speak up, your voice is always heard. Everyone works super hard because everyone believes in what the company can be. There is flexibility and a sincere understanding that family comes first. There are "work hours" but there is flexibility around that if you are getting your job done. You can, in many ways make working there whatever you want it to be as there is an ability (and at times) need to wear multiple hats. It allows you to find what really drives you and you have the opportunity to go down that path. It really can be whatever you want it to be... as long as your passionate.

If you are not someone who can just go with the flow, and only likes to stay in your lane... this is not the place for you.
