      Pros

      • Only good thing is the people you work with. Other than that there are no pros of working there. It's a drag to come in everyday and everyone always says how much they hate the place and how they wish they weren't working there.

      Cons

      • Mice in office • Treated like robots • Have to work a minimum of 45 hours a week even though contracted hours is 37.5 • Constant stress and pressure to hit target • No matter how hard you try it's never enough and you're not valued as a person • Don't care about how we feel - they just want cases closed

      The only good thing is the people you work with, they help you stay positive.

      Cons

      Everything. Momenta doesn't care about you, your just a number to them. The work is long and depressing, it's like a prison in there.

      Cons

      If you have any problems, they will immediately try to blame you for them. If you then persist after the attempts to lie to you and fob you off, they will act like small children.
