Pros

Overall Momentum is a good place to work. The team they've built is hard working and dedicated to quality. People are willing to collaborate, troubleshoot, and provide an alternative prospective.

Cons

Sometimes decisions are made with little or no input from the team members that use the tools or complete the tasks. Because of how small the agency is, it's also hard to take time off because there is no one to cover your role.

Pros

I started my journey into web development with Momentum as a junior developer and I had an amazing experience. I was able to work with a team of knowledgeable and skillful developers who showed me the ropes and were all around great people. I had a great project manager who was experienced, friendly and helpful. The CEO is a great guy also and seems to care a lot about his employees also.

Cons

The work load can be high at times, but the team vibe here is strong enough to overcome this. Everyone pitches in and helps out and you feel accomplished at the end of the day.

Pros

Working at Momentum granted me access to opportunities not many people get. Some of the best relationships I have created in my career have been a result of how Momentum allowed me to position myself. I will forever be grateful. This is a testament to well they want their employees to succeed. Jimi and Adam do what it takes to make sure their employees are continuing to advance their skils--also, providing them with the proper tools to make sure they are able to get the job done right.

Cons

It has taken Momentum a little while to determine it's identity--this is an industry wide issue. The marketing/website development space is a rather competitive space. While Momentum has managed to stay ahead of the curve with industry best practices, and keeping its employees well-educated on certain topics; they are just now really defining who they are--which is wonderful. I don't believe this to be a problem; however, a step in the right direction of their future success.
