Senior leadership is toxic and is focused on hiring junior people and working them to death
No career growth, no comp growth, terrible benefits.
The product is awful. It doesn’t work and customers hate it. They are all trying to return it regularly. They keep making tractors that no one wants to buy.
The Engineering processes and approach are woefully out of date and deeply flawed. The software and hardware design has MAJOR flaws that they refuse to address.
The leadership has no idea how to build a working tractor and no experience on farms. The combination leads to a Frankenstein product that is more of a demo to attract investors than a real usable product . The product isn’t designed to work on real farms with real crops. Only works sort of, on their test site. Even then it doesn’t work consistently at all.
Most of the teams at the company have turned over several times in the past 5 years. No one or any talent stays long unless they are friends of the founders
