Pros
The hours are all manageable to you, you work when you want.
The bosses, joe, abramo etc are very kind, they ensure the job is safe and enjoyable.
You meet loads of new people, rather than the same old ones.
You'll learn a lot each day, whether it be from work it self or from the different types of events that you may come across.
They also offer carpool services and such that are 100% paid most of the time, which is a bonus for those shifts out of ur area.
Cons
The only real issue was that it takes up to a month for ur first pay check, because they hold it back etc, therefore people say they dont get paid. I understand the stress in that. Sometimes there might be a issue or two with ur paycheck hours, but theyre quick to fix it when you simply ask them to.
