Great organisation - Operations Manager Monash College Employee Review

Overall very happy with my experience at Monash College. I got a great salary and conditions and amazing experience on my CV. I also made some great friends and connections there which have helped me immeasurably since I left.

The type of work I was doing was fairly repetitive and due to the pace of work there was not much room for individual initiative. I was laid off (with my entire team) with only one week's notice which was a bit of a shock and many of us felt that we were like ghosts in the machine in that final week.

High pay, supportive staff, flexible working arrangements

Since it is flexible so theres no guarantee of getting timetabled each semester, plus goverment cap on the big 8
