Pros
Tech support team meshed perfectly while I was there, and was allowed to offer input on new hires to the team. Supportive work environment, very family friendly and understanding of single parents, CEO is very accessible and cares about his employees. Office Manager is great and helps keep the office a fun place to work (Nerf battles!) and open interfacing between the technical support team and the engineers is very helpful in directing updates to the software. Input is actually heard, respected, and implemented. Flexibility to expand into multiple areas to find where you like to contribute beyond the basic job description.
Cons
There had been some transparency issues, but they are working to address these. Base wages could be better, training regimen needs refinement to onboard new support members more quickly.
