We’d like to reassure you that progression is really important to us and something we genuinely care about, which is why we’ve had clear development matrices in place for some time now. We're proud that our Team Leader and Team Manager roles are filled internally because we recognise the valuable experience they bring to the role, helping them step naturally into leading with confidence and empathy. We also love to see so many colleagues move into support functions too.
