Management - 95% should not be in the position they are. More concerned with their status than the people they're supposed to be in charge of.
Sickness policy - People openly abuse mental health concerns & take regular time off / work from home but those that do have genuine illness are punished by being forced back into the office before they are well enough, resulting in more time off & being placed on warnings. This is what the work from home policy should be for. You want happy employees? Let them work in comfort whilst recovering safely. It's not difficult!
Culture - Cliquey & almost cult like. Living off a reputation that is 5 years out of date. What once may have been a great place to work is now a highly toxic environment where the staff are treated with contempt by senior management. Only the results matter.
