- Like many fast-growing companies, priorities and processes can shift quickly, which can create occasional whiplash - The pace and level of change won’t be for everyone - adaptability, professionalism, openness to feedback, and a willingness to grow go a long way here - Sometimes growth happens alongside process-building, leading to occasional “cart before the horse” moments - Cross-functional collaboration and communication have continued to improve as the company evolves

You help shape what comes next. Growth is real here. You are stretched, asked for your perspective, and expected to level up in meaningful ways.

Cons

This is not a “coast” environment. The pace and expectations can feel intense at times. The company has had hard chapters, and some of that shows up in reviews, both older ones and more recent ones when people leave during moments of change. Not everything is polished or settled. Systems, roles, and processes are still maturing. Change can feel uncomfortable, especially if you are used to stability and predictability

See a review by a current employee? It's most likely incentivized, so be aware that HR will ask for reviews and pay folks for them. - Weak leadership. This is honestly the worst and weakest leadership team I've ever seen at a company. VP's are scared and put unachievable targets on teams due to trying to save their own skin. - Obscene churn rate due to management putting in features that they think people want, but no one actually does. They're literally getting rolled by other companies from a feature/functionality standpoint. If you're being brought on to help this or in sales, you WILL be let go eventually due to not succeeding. - Keep your head down. Don't talk to anyone. I've never seen a more toxic workplace, even for a remote company. If you're not in the sales leadership club and a brownnoser, you won't last. No one (even HR) is safe to speak to. - There's two type of HR folks... #1 HR folks who care about the company, the work they do, and the workers. #2 HR folks who's sole goal is to protect the company from basically getting sued. This is #2.
