Pros
Fully remote teams with people that know remote means you can trust your team, or trust them to accept feedback and improve. Respect for work-life balance is strong. From child-care, to illnesses, there's a lot of understanding and empathy. Recent merge is with a company with a very strong focus for diversity and inclusion
Cons
Some areas of the organization have less acceptance of feedback. There's sometimes no curiosity to why something failed, just blame. The above is doubly unfortunate, given that I talk to people on other teams that do not experience this, and indeed, find that they get to own and learn from their mistakes. It is rare to talk to someone that isn't experiencing this at the company.
