Pros

I’ll start with: I was there for 5 years and understand it's not for everyone. It’s easy to be a critic, but it’s just as easy to be complementary and love the hell out of this place depending on what you're looking for. Having lived/worked out of a couple offices and traveled to many others for work trips, I got the opportunity to understand it on a deeper level and from a few perspectives. Some days made it rough to stay sane, but all in all, the good far outweighs the bad. The Senior Mgmt/Board are direct and have high expectations, but they instill a great amount of trust in middle management to get the job done. The amount of flexibility in time, schedule, approach, etc gives people the opportunity to have the job mold to them instead of the other way around. It’s an environment that naturally caters to personalities that are different and creative. And the owners are actually great people with great intentions for their staff and they’ve put the work in to prove it. Yeah, pay is competitive, benefits competitive, client lists are amazing, but it’s the people that win you over time and time again. 100% would recommend, but be prepared to be open and direct and don’t wait for others to tell you when or how to do things (role depending), you can find great happiness and success here for many years to come. “If it’s so great, why’d you leave?” I needed a break to focus on family, but I would 100% recommend this place.

Cons

Challenging hours sometimes, heavy workload, sometimes cliquey, occasional cultural clashes due to large international group and new M&A’s, big personalities, tight deadlines, etc etc. Basically what you’d expect in such a large company in this industry, but it's got more heart.

Pros

It's been such a pleasure, joy and fresh air to work here. I'm respected, as is my work life balance.

Cons

Leadership hasn't always been consistent with their words and actions, making it feel scary and tumultuous at times.

Pros

Good pay. Started as a solid brand with talented coworkers.

Cons

No real upward mobility or promotion opportunity. Higher-level senior management is disconnected from creative leadership and tends to gamble a bit too much with client relationships. Agency promises a lot of benefits and growth opportunities for employees that do not come to fruition. When budgets get tight, they cut creative teams regardless of whether the account and employee have been performing well for the agency.
