Ownership: employees have a lot of responsibility and the ability to have a big impact as the team is lean and there is clear alignment on company goals. Collaboration: people are low ego and there is good collaboration with teams working across India, SE Asia, and the U.S. Action-oriented: a lot of focus on driving results and minimizing the time spent on things that don't have an impact.
