      Unique product, strong culture of impact + ownership.

      Pros

      Small and mighty team of smart colleagues. Environment is highly autonomous and culture is centered around impact vs performative nonsense. Leadership encourages independent decision making, pushes ownership to the front line and rewards those that demonstrate accountability and drive. Product is unique in the identity/fraud space and company is well-positioned for growth.

      Cons

      Nothing beyond the usual ambiguity of a smaller startup - if you need to be told what to do, this environment won’t be for you.

      - Great manager - Freedom to experiment - Clear goals and OKRs - Regular catch-ups on progress - Great colleagues; super helpful - Everyone had a helpful attitude - No unnecessary office politics

      Cons

      - mass layoffs due to poor planning by management - separation process could have been much better [empathy is not expensive] - no other complaints, I had great 3 months

      Helpful team, average payment, supportive seniors in my team

      Cons

      1. The engineering culture is very biased and mediocre. Many SDEs are known professional or personal contacts and have negatively contributed to the company. 2. The CXOs are unaware of things happening on the ground, and this itself is one of the reasons for the hiring-firing culture.
