• Fellow peers are awesome to work with

• No retirement or insurance contributions • Low salary (around 30k net) and has not increased, analysts in prior years were offered the same • Only 15 leave days and nearly no increases annually (banking interns get 30 days from their first year of work) • Salary increases are minimal, after around 10 years of experience you may earn 60-70k. • Studies are not unconditionally subsidised, if you fail you have to pay them back which disincentives wanting to grow • Opportunities to move abroad are not easily available
