Monterrey Tile is a company that truly cares about its employees & customers. The tenure alone is impressive with employees being here for 10+ years. The benefits are great, the hours are good and the management team is friendly and approachable. Very happy with my decision to work here!

Parking can sometimes be an issue with delivery trucks coming in and out, but other than that, can't think of anything else.

Good benefits, health care included for single individual.

HR is not knowledgeable. Never returns calls, never answer questions. Not able to go to her with any issues for fear or retaliation. Company picks favorites.
