We would like to address your post. First, we offer hybrid work options to our associates to work from home, providing flexibility in their work arrangements. Additionally, regarding compensation, we strive to offer competitive salaries to our attorneys. It is worth noting that M&R's pay scale is competitive with similar-sized law firms in Houston and the surrounding area.
We also want to remind you that M&R has an open-door policy. If you have concerns about the type or quality of work assigned, we encourage you to talk with any of the Firm's six partners.
