Pros

Company culture was first-class at Monzo, I loved the regular stand-up updates from leadership and generally employee engagement across the board was great. The position was also pretty well paid at the time.

Cons

The work was quite difficult (understandable given the high pay). For me, the chat-completion per-hour targets were a little above what I'd have considered reasonable, but obviously people managed alright.
