Interview process is extremely lengthy and waste of time. Awful management, training, and false promises. Sold me on being different and treating employees fairly, but this was false. No room for advancement. Low wages. Running out of room, so teams don't sit together - making communication difficult. Interview process is a nightmare. No communication and resolution when problems arise. HR is department is the most unorganized department I've ever seen. Staff is 2 Faced - talks behind your back and will tell you one thing to your face and another to your manager.
