Pros

The office is conveniently located in the CBD area, which is a plus for accessibility but does not make up for the other shortcomings of the company.

Cons

Dreaming big is one thing, but the company often lacked a clear and consistent direction. Projects frequently changed course, making it hard to keep up with the ever-shifting priorities. The boss unfortunately lacks strong leadership skills. Guidance and clear instructions were often missing, leaving the team feeling unsupported and directionless. Despite having grand aspirations, the company is an SME, the boss runs it like an SME. The company sets unrealistic KPIs, making it challenging to meet expectations. Due to the challenging work environment and lack of benefits, there is a high turnover rate, which impacts team morale and stability. The company does not offer any staff benefits, which is disappointing and makes it hard to feel valued as an employee. The boss would often make impressive promises in front of clients or the traders. However, sometimes he has NO INTENTION to delivering on those promises, and changed the instructions at the back, and he will tell the clients/traders it's due to the incapability of other employees (which is not true). If you're considering joining, be prepared for big dreams and promises that may not always align with reality, along with a lack of support and appreciation for your efforts.

Pros

Conveniently located in CBD area

Cons

He don’t even dare to bring you up to his office during interview as the office is super small and the company does not have the full capability to support clients. He will ask you to manage your own client’s expectation when company is not able to fulfil client’s requirement. Medical claim $40 per visit only and claims take up to 3 months
