Thank you very much for your time and detailed review. Your review tells me that you were one of the happiest employee and things changing affect you badly. Also, I personally think you care a lot for Moolya and hence you wrote this detailed review. Thanks for your care. We will continue to need such care from all our people that includes you.
First, I am happy we had such a happy employee who didn't count the number of hours at office. I am sure you were aware that there were other people too who did this - which means - we as a company did great. We.
The vision of Moolya is to become an intellectual testing house and bring test leadership to our customers. From time to time - we keep re-assessing where we stand on achieving our vision. We have made several changes that strengthens our position as a leader in the testing space.
Our employees are our heart and brain - testing our blood - customers our body. To employees - we actually have done way better than the times you stayed. We recently did a conference - Moolya Internal Testing Conference - where our employees could present their work to the entire company. This was not happening previously.
We introduced an end to end automation of a lot of employee - HR practices that eases employees to do everything they want in a single window system.
We conduct regular feedback sessions with employees and fix things they ask us to fix. You would be delighted that we have not had an internet downtime since the last year and I am sure you were aware how frequently some routers troubled us.
We introduced 20 new policies that eases reimbursements, IT, admin requests.
We hired a dedicated Learning & Development personnel who looks after specific skills and training needs.
Over the last year - we have done multiple IT - Admin audits - not a single device has gone missing. I am sure you were aware how many devices went missing when you were here given that we have 100's of mobile devices.
Most importantly - 2 of the ex-employees have come back to Moolya. There are more who have applied to come back. We are in the process of finding right fit for upcoming work.
I believe, (maybe I am biased) what we have changed in the last year has helped us progress with our customers and employees.
I take this opportunity to welcome you back to Moolya. The right time to be in Moolya is now. For your career.
