Production Manager - Production Manager Moonlight BPO Employee Review

I have been watching the news lately and have been seeing a lot of people using the internet to give reviews about companies they have either been a client of or have actually worked for. I took the liberty of looking up the reviews on the place that I work. Moonlight BPO in Bend Oregon. And I have to tell you that I was shocked. I came across a couple (yes not more than two) different instances where a couple disgruntled employees have not made the cut in a fast paced, production style environment, and either quit or was let go and made some disturbing accusations about not only the company, but the owner too. I have to tell you, I have worked for this company (Moonlight) for coming on four years. That in itself should speak for itself. I started as a production floor operator and have worked hard to not only make myself better but to help the company grow. In that time I have seen many people come here and claim they can do magical things here to make this company grow. And I am sorry to say that since this is such a custom, and incredibly unique business, I have watched them go. I worked hard for the position that I am now in. I am the Production Manager and have held this title longer and have been more successful than pretty much all of my predocessors. And for all of my hard work I have been MORE that adequately compensated. We are a small company here but here in the last year we have become more like family. I love the challenges day to day and the people I work with. The crew that we have built here has come together and has fought through a lot to make sure that this wonderful company can continue providing for ALL of our families. The owners are the most wonderful people to put it lightly. When I started here I was commuting more than a half hour one way and there were times where the owners, out of thier own pockets footed the bill for me to make it to work. They have BOTH on many occasions halped me out not only financially but spritually, and emotionally. They have a real, genuine love for the people that work here and thier families. So, if by chance there is something that ever tries to come in between, the owners will fight fiercly to protect us and the company. I love waking up and working here. I put in 200% every day for my fellow employees and the owners of this company because I KNOW they do the same for me daily. Thank you for reading.
