Pros

Helpful supervisors and salespeople when your stuck and really care overall about the employees. In the IT field so they are always trying to find innovative ways to market themselves and sell their product and are very honest and trustworthy people.

Cons

There was nothing negative about the company whatsoever. Cold calling sales can be tough so the nature of the job was tough but the experience was positive overall for me.

Pros

The benefits are good. They're not the best but they are sure not the worst. 401k with profit sharing, life insurance, dental, etc. is all provided. If you travel, a company vehicle is provided which is invaluable. Raises were better than cost of living and fair but not always on time.

Cons

Corporate structure is too deep based on the size of the company. Overhead seems too large. Management is questionable at best. It felt that employees were attempted to be silenced and ignored. Employee feedback was simply ignored by management and at times twisted to be ideas of their own. Unclear job descriptions, unclear policies & procedures, and abnormal job expectations based on job title. Odd job expectations based on the amount of company overhead. Unwilling cooperation between departments causing unnecessary struggles with clients. Single minded product offerings with minimal care for client budget and needs. Mediocre pay compared to local averages, the current market, job expectations and experience. Questionable hiring process for new employees based on level of experience for specific job titles. Over promised career opportunities and corporate ladder. No vision insurance.
