Pros
You get to work with a ton of intelligent people while working at Morefield and your co-workers are all good people. The work is challenging and rewarding. Pay is okay, but definitely leaves more to be desired. I experienced lateral movement throughout my career at Morefield and have seen others advance laterally as well. I would recommend Morefield to friends and would consider working there in the future should my career path/situation would change.
Cons
The job can be stressful at times, but this is the case with any job. Pay could be more in line with individuals skill sets/their role. Health insurance left a lot to be desired, very high deductible and I found that a lot of the things I needed done were not covered/barely covered.

Employees are great. There are many people who have worked at Morefield for many many years. Good retention.
Cons
They are top heavy - with admin. Leadership lacks cohesive relationships and clear direction.
