Pros
Friendly work environment. The pay rate it good, benefits are good, retirement plan is very good. The people that work there are friendly and most of the time they are very happy. This is a large global law firm and their main headquarters is in Philadelphia. They have a lot of work events every month to meet and mingle with co-workers.
Cons
I have not been here that long, so I cant' really point out any cons. But I hear people complain about small annual raises. But you're going to hear that just about anywhere you work. If there is one con I could pick that driver me crazy and if you can read into this statement. I feel like they should open up a "Department of Redundancy Department". There is so much room for improvement with efficiency. No matter how many times I've pointed it out and made suggestions on how to improve it, there is always an excuse not to do it more efficiently.
