They do have socials every Thursday if you like that sort of thing. They are usually attended by the same handful of people week in and week out.
Cons
Very low pay compared to the competition, staff works 37.5 hour work week (competition is only 35 and therefore lower hourly rate), benefits are not competitive with other law firms in the city, very low morale in Boston.
