Great people to work with. Decent retirement benefits. The firm really values long term employment especially with staff positions. Excellent work-life balance and a collegial atmosphere.
Cons
Healthcare benefits for family plans are expensive for the employees. No formal tuition reimbursement plans are available. No profit sharing programs or formal bonus structures are available for staff positions unlike at some other large law firms.
