Pros
ML is now now one of the largest law firms in the world. It is nice to work for a firm that continues to grow its business and adjust with changing market demands. I also agree with a lot of the new goals, direction and innovation. There are plenty of very smart people working here.
Cons
There is far too much uncertainty, still. We've been on a roller coaster for the past couple of years wondering whose next. Its very unsettling and uncomfortable. Ive stuck around because I honestly enjoy my job and peers, but this new whirlwind is a bit too much. Without going into great detail the power struggles, politics, blame shifting, whispers, rumors and uncertainty are enough to drive away talent…
