Pros
Frequent "spotlights" and "awards" announced on LinkedIn. They're smart enough to make up their own awards because they know they wouldn't win a thing if anyone knew how the firm actuall ran. When they open their new building you get to share a random desk and pretend to cantilever over the cityscape, just remember to not actually jump, regardless of how much they make you want to.
Cons
Employess are second class citizens. Any talk of culture or teamwork is just a front for why they want you in the office and be berated by cranky attorneys
