Pros
My supervisor was very supportive and provided a lot of good resources to help me learn. I also worked with a lot of attorneys who were respectful. I also liked the clients we worked with and thought work was interesting
Cons
As with most law firms, there wasn't a lot of professional growth within the company, which is why I inevitably had to move. The pay was also very low - much lower that other law firms for the same role.
