Stay away from this place - Anonymous Morningside Ministries Employee Review

The company outsourced jobs recently through out the company. The management there is not very good at all. They want special treatment and when they don't get it they are all upset and your then on their hit list. It just seems the company has lost there focus on taking care of residents. They have made it more about how much we can make...more and more money...cut jobs..cut benefits.. The focus there has been on making money and that's it!!! I think the focus of providing jobs and taking care of good employees has gotten lost. What a sad thing
