      Pros

      A great company to work with--always looking for (and finding!) ways to serve our residents better! Once I started working here, I never wanted to work anywhere else. Check out the rest, but come work at the best!

      We work every holiday, just like doctors, nurses, and others in service industries.

      3 months ago there was the best nursing staff here and they did what ever it took to take good care of the residehts.

      Cons

      now Since the change in management is for the worst, the company is all about the american dollar and puts there resident's last, some of them go without taking a shower for weeks.

      The residents were really good to work with

      The company outsourced jobs recently through out the company. The management there is not very good at all. They want special treatment and when they don't get it they are all upset and your then on their hit list. It just seems the company has lost there focus on taking care of residents. They have made it more about how much we can make...more and more money...cut jobs..cut benefits.. The focus there has been on making money and that's it!!! I think the focus of providing jobs and taking care of good employees has gotten lost. What a sad thing
