      Students and direct care staff are good to work with.

      Cons

      Leadership is terrible. Couldn't be worse, really. Disengaged, disinterested, providing no guidance and no training. It's maddening.

      Pros

      - People who stay are passionate - Was great when fully staffed - The kids are really sweet - No issues in the adult program

      Cons

      - One bad manager chased off over 7 employees in a matter of weeks. He was still there when I left. - On-site management (principle/vice-principle) left as the ship was sinking - Kids are often left to their own devices at school which caused regression over time
