      Students and direct care staff are good to work with.

      Cons

      Leadership is terrible. Couldn't be worse, really. Disengaged, disinterested, providing no guidance and no training. It's maddening.

      The students are really great

      Cons

      I was a teacher during Covid and had the entire k-12 program as my caseload. I continued after and saw the scary understaffing. The conditions are not safe for staff or students.
