Really bad management specifically bay 3s current boss Naverron. He makes the work place hostile. He has a secret relationship going on with an employee. This employee gets away with things others wouldn’t and creates a tense hostile work environment. He spent 70% of his time at her station before the big boss had to come out of retirement to figure out why the company is so bad.
