Cons
My experience working at Moss NYC was unprofessional and unsafe. I was injured on the job, and management’s response was dismissive and lacked any clear support or protocol. I also personally witnessed other coworkers suffer bodily injuries and ongoing sickness while working in a hazardous environment that was newly being renovated with minimal safety precautions in place. These issues did not feel isolated, and there was little urgency from leadership to address employee health or well-being. Communication was inconsistent, expectations constantly shifted, and employees were left to manage stressful situations without proper structure or support. The company’s polished public image does not reflect the internal reality for employees. I only had worked there for 3 weeks before management showed their true colors.
