Long hours, skipped breaks, and juggling roles far beyond your description are expected as a routine. - Supervision is controlling and detached from reality, setting impossible targets that make meaningful progress almost impossible. - Every piece of work is scrutinized excessively, and teams spend more time fixing mistakes than advancing projects due to poor communication. - Pay is insulting and does not reflect the workload or responsibilities. Experienced and skilled employees receive very low compensation. - Advancement opportunities are nonexistent, and exceeding expectations is ignored.
