Pros

Makes reliable and timely pay elsewhere fell like a rare privilege.

Cons

- Simple responsibilities are turned into a constant struggle - Getting paid is never straightforward and often requires chasing money already eared Unreasonable deadlines are piled on while contractors are lectured about being flexible - Communication is abysmal, filled with outdated documents and missing details - Last-minute changes are imposed with the expectation that everyone somehow knows - Extra hours are worked without pay just to keep things from collapsing - Concerns are dismissed has burnout instead of being addressed -More people are added while payment issues and disorder remain unfixed

Pros

I joined Moth + Flame inspired by its mission and vision, but the reality is crushing. The organization shows, in every interaction, that its employees are expendable. Every day makes it clear that personal well-being, growth, and respect mean nothing. Avoid this place unless you want your energy and spirit drained.

Cons

- Work-life balance is nonexistent. Long hours, skipped breaks, and juggling roles far beyond your description are expected as a routine. - Supervision is controlling and detached from reality, setting impossible targets that make meaningful progress almost impossible. - Every piece of work is scrutinized excessively, and teams spend more time fixing mistakes than advancing projects due to poor communication. - Pay is insulting and does not reflect the workload or responsibilities. Experienced and skilled employees receive very low compensation. - Advancement opportunities are nonexistent, and exceeding expectations is ignored. Talented individuals go unnoticed and unrecognized. - Job security is minimal; employees are let go without hesitation, regardless of dedication or tenure.
