Pros

Extremely lax, Zero disciplinary action, great company parties with tons of alcohol, able to smoke(various substances)throughout the day.

Cons

Terrible leadership, people are promoted on looks and how much they are willing to party with higher ups versus their work ability, pay is terrible and needs to be re-evaluated.

Motili has been an awesome company to work at, the work life balance is very solid here. Company is doing good as a whole which has lead to good energy throughout

Pros

Good employee benefits (insurance, 401K match, etc.) Under the Daikin parent company

Truly amazing how Daikin allows Motili to operate as a business. No clear vision from the CEO (who's non-existent) to several senior leadership folks who choose not to get involved to help improve the culture and morale. Some are rude and totally unprofessional with rumors of swingers clubs which is crazy! They honestly can't be trusted. There have been several folks promoted based on favoritism who truly don't deserve it or were qualified. Sales team constantly complaining about commissions not paid accurately and there is zero transparency or accountability. Collaboration amongst all departments needs improved and 80% of the company seems checked out. There is a lack of support to help coworkers develop and grow which means no career advancement (unless you're one of the favorites). Many new employees who join the company notice right away how disconnected everyone is and they choose to leave making it a revolving door. Huge disconnect between the sales/operations team which is not great when the goal is to grow revenue. Daikin philosophy and PCM is not being enforced like it should be.
