Terrible company, no core values, awful pay

Pros

Extremely lax, Zero disciplinary action, great company parties with tons of alcohol, able to smoke(various substances)throughout the day.

Cons

Terrible leadership, people are promoted on looks and how much they are willing to party with higher ups versus their work ability, pay is terrible and needs to be re-evaluated.

My team was a joy to work with as well as other teams across the company. Quick and eager learners, looking to make good change in the industry.

Cons

Leadership is fractured. Vague goals, KPI's ill defined and bonuses were a guess at best. Compensation is low compared to industry standards. Work-Life balance was not a priority.

Good backing from Daikin, but leadership needs major improvement

Daikin backing. Daikin is a good company that fortunately knows what they are doing.

Cons

Where to begin. The favoritism aspect is off the charts. Realizing that Karl needed to be replaced, by hopefully a much more credible CEO is awesome. I hope the new leader looks at the leaders they inherited. The Director level needs a good strong evaluation. Operations and Marketing should be the focus.
