Pros

Management treats bubbletea so you can forget about your problems with them. Management also own alcohol delivery company in same office so its convenient. If you can survive here, can survive anywhere.

Cons

Depending on your job, but majority of the time you will do the same thing over and over and keep putting out fires. People will complain about the same thing over again, you will work to resolve, but fundamentally the root of all problems is the people and they will never change. Sometimes management will come up with a project that is very out of the blue but confirm wont work, then you must make it work, when it fails it will be your fault. Promotions and salary increment is not given unless you threaten to quit. A lot of people get promoted or given increment where their responsibility doubles because they must do the work of the people who get fired, and they get $50-$200 increment. Everyone who is actually doing the work is actually very friendly but everyone in middle management and up are all suck ups and two faced, a lot not actually doing anything but talking nonsense trying to look smart and important. The management trainees are even worse they are the ultimate teachers pet, they play politics and throw people under the bus. Its all politics. You must get along to survive, doesnt matter if you are good at your job. If you are not a yes man, you are a dead man.

Not much for sustainable career growth

Cons

Don’t address the root cause when trying to fix issues. Beat around the bush. When happy act like friends. Not happy then find faults without fixing the main visible problem. Emotional Distress

Pros

well stocked pantry, comfortable chairs from secretlab, friday after-work parties in the office, fair amount of resources and budget at your disposal

Cons

c-suite that doesn't really want to listen to lower level employees, certain members of middle management are plain toxic, and HR seems to be out to eliminate anyone that is a personal threat.
