Management treats bubbletea so you can forget about your problems with them. Management also own alcohol delivery company in same office so its convenient. If you can survive here, can survive anywhere.
Cons
Depending on your job, but majority of the time you will do the same thing over and over and keep putting out fires. People will complain about the same thing over again, you will work to resolve, but fundamentally the root of all problems is the people and they will never change. Sometimes management will come up with a project that is very out of the blue but confirm wont work, then you must make it work, when it fails it will be your fault. Promotions and salary increment is not given unless you threaten to quit. A lot of people get promoted or given increment where their responsibility doubles because they must do the work of the people who get fired, and they get $50-$200 increment. Everyone who is actually doing the work is actually very friendly but everyone in middle management and up are all suck ups and two faced, a lot not actually doing anything but talking nonsense trying to look smart and important. The management trainees are even worse they are the ultimate teachers pet, they play politics and throw people under the bus. Its all politics. You must get along to survive, doesnt matter if you are good at your job. If you are not a yes man, you are a dead man.
